Lying between the course of the river Reno to the north and the Apennine mountains to the south, this region is considered among the most fertile and productive in Italy, thanks to the influence of the Adriatic Sea that mitigates the climate in the coastal area.
Thanks to this contrast between the mountains and the sea, Romagna offers visitors breath-taking landscapes, wonders for the eyes and the spirit in a mixture of colours and scents of the earth, joy, music, cinema, art.
Artistic culture has found fertile ground in this land and has planted its deep roots, as witnessed by the music of Casadei and the poetry of Pascoli. While the exploits of Passatore and the feats of cyclists like Pantani have given it to history.
In the winding roads of Romagna children were running around on motorbikes that reached adulthood, would have climbed on the podium of the world champions: Melandri, Dovizioso, Simoncelli… And then the cinema, the unmistakable Fellini, whose scripts have come to life in these places.
The My Romagna tour is an appointment lasting 4 days, and will always be based on the same structure, located in the beautiful setting of Castrocaro, perched in the hills that dominate the Adriatic and a few kilometres from the most precious jewels of medieval and Renaissance Italy.
